24-Hour Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our accounts. If you experience any issues with your purchased account within 24 hours of delivery, we offer:
- Full replacement with a new verified account of equal or greater value, OR
- Full refund to your original payment method
This guarantee applies if:
✅ The account credentials do not work (incorrect login details).
✅ The account is not fully verified as described (KYC level not as advertised).
✅ The account gets blocked, suspended, or limited due to pre-existing issues (not caused by your actions after purchase).
✅ Any feature promised in the product description is missing or inaccessible.
This guarantee does NOT apply if:
❌ You have changed the password, email, 2FA, or other security settings and lost access due to your own actions.
❌ You violate the terms of service of the platform (e.g., Binance, Neteller, etc.) and the account is suspended as a result.
❌ More than 24 hours have passed since delivery (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
❌ You attempt to charge back or dispute the payment without first contacting us for resolution.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will investigate the issue promptly. In most cases, we will respond within 2-4 hours. Once verified, we will either:

- Process a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds to credit cards or bank transfers may take 3-7 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. Crypto refunds are processed within 1-2 hours.
Chargeback Policy
We work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied. If you have an issue, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

Bulk Orders & Resellers
For customers purchasing 5 or more accounts (bulk/wholesale orders):
- Inspection period: 48 hours (instead of 24 hours)
- Replacement only – refunds for bulk orders are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible
- Custom terms may be negotiated in writing before purchase

Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Change of mind – you decided you don't want the account after receiving it

- Third-party issues – problems caused by the platform (Binance, Neteller, etc.) after you have taken control of the account
- User error – losing access due to forgotten passwords, lost 2FA codes, or actions taken after delivery
- Violation of terms – using the account for prohibited activities that lead to suspension
Cancellation Policy
Due to the instant nature of digital delivery:
- Orders that have already been delivered cannot be canceled.
